as far as time, maybe about the same as the plenum pull and timing belt change. difficulty, slightly more. you really need to source a transmission jack before you do it. it's doable with a floor jack, but it's dangerous. i won't do it again after dropping the tranny square on my hand last time. it's a rough job but it's do-able if you do plenty of researching on it before hand. exedy clutches are sold on ebay for about $115 total shipped i beleive. i've got about 15k or so on mine now and am quite satisfied. no complaints at all. even if it did wear out at 50k or something i'd still get it again. i'm not saying to go with any ebay clutch, but exedy's are good.
